If you have flu like symptoms, a cough, fever and/or shortness of breath and have visited an affected country (see the full list on More Information) in the last 14 days – or have been in contact with someone with coronavirus.

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE GP SURGERY

Instead, please stay indoors and call 111 or use the 111 Online Coronavirus pathway for free advice and treatment.


Even if symptoms are mild, don’t visit a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital, even if it’s for another reason. Please stay indoors, avoid contact with others where possible and avoid using public transport and taxis.



Our appointment system has changed. All GP appointments will be via telephone triage initially, and if a face-to-face appointment is necessary, this may be arranged with the duty doctor.

Get your FREE flu vaccination

This year, it is even more important to get your flu vaccination if you are:

  • 65 years of age or over
  • Suffering from a long term medical condition
  • Pregnant
  • A carer
  • A child aged 2 or 3 years old

Please note:We will be vaccinating people in the 50-64 year old group who do not have health condition in November/ December, if there are sufficient vaccinations available. We will invite patients in this group only after we have vaccinated those who are at the highest risk.

Access to Medical Records

Under the Data Protection Act 1988, you are entitled to see your records.  There are two options:


1) Online Access to Coded Data in Your Medical Records

You can register for online access to the coded data in your medical records, such as; investigations, results, consultations.  In order to make use of SystmOnline, you will be required to register at the surgery.

2)  View your Full Medical Records

To view all your medical records, you must apply in writing and you will  view your records on site under supervision at a pre-arranged date. There is an administrative charge of £10 for you to view your records.

 Should you require copies of any of your medical records there will be an administrativecharge up to a maximum of £50.
